Travel Insurance

It is essential you have a valid comprehensive travel insurance before you book your holiday. The British embassy, high commission or consulate will not pay for medical care, so make sure you choose a quality policy that accounts for the value of your booking, your health needs and the destination you are traveling to.

Passport, Visas & Vaccinations

Each member of your party is responsible for ensuring you each have full passport with the correct validity for your chosen destination. Most countries require a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date you depart from that country.

When booking your flight we require your name exactly as per passport, any errors or changes once your flights are booked may incur fees.

If you are getting married prior to your holiday please do ensure you book your flight in the name as per your valid passport.  For more information regarding passport renewals or changing your name due to marriage please refer to your relevant countries’ passport agency for full details.  Any name changes could incur fees once your flights are booked.

In addition, you should also ensure that you each have the required visas to enter or transit through the countries on your booking. Visa requirements are subject to change at any time, and therefore we suggest checking the foreign, commonwealth & development office website for the most up to date information. You will also find information on any further requirements for entry into your chosen destination(s).

Some destinations require you to complete an entry form/s online prior to departure from the UK or arrival at your destination.  Please check https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice and select your country to find out if applicable for your chosen destination.

Weather

We can make recommendations for the best time to visit a destination based on past weather patterns, but we cannot be responsible for the weather during your holiday. We ask that you do your own thorough research before you choose a destination.
