PERSONAL SAFETY

Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and that you've filled in the emergency details page.

Make sure you have the right travel insurance, plus your free Global Health Insurance Card if you're travelling to Europe.

Check if it is safe to drink local tap water. If not, drink and brush your teeth with bottled water.

OUT AND ABOUT

If you're going out, carry the address of your hotel and a taxi number provided by the hotel.

Keep your key safe and lock your door.

Please take note of the pool safety information. Be careful of slippery surfaces and keep a close eye on children. Not all pools will have a

lifeguard.

Take note of beach information, flags and warning signs.

Make sure you're well protected against sun damage and dehydration.
