Win a Kuoni Families £5000 Holiday Voucher - Trade Incentive 

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Kuoni UK, Touristik House, Dorking Office Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, expect employees of Kuoni UK, their families or any third part associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is applicable for bookings made from 1 October 2024 to 30 November 2024.
4. The prize must be redeemed by 31 January 2025.
5. All bookings made during the stated period will be automatically entered to win the prize.
6. The prize draw will take place before 6 December 2024 and will be randomly selected using an independent system.
7. The winner will be notified via email using the details provided.
8. The prize is non transferrable and non-exchangeable.
9. Should the value of the holiday be less than the value of the prize voucher, no cash or voucher refund will be provided.
10. The winner will be responsible for any costs extra to the prize voucher.
11. No cash alternative.
12. The winner of the prize must be employed by a travel agency business when redeeming the voucher and travelling on the holiday it is applied to.
13. The winner agrees to participate in marketing activity as well as permission to use their name, agency in marketing collateral associated with the prize draw.  If the winner chooses to opt out they must email agency@kuoni.co.uk
14. The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is fine and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
16. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
17. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
