Getting around The local bus company, Guagua Gomera, provides a comprehensive network across the island between the valleys and the capital town of San Sebastián with buses reliable although only running on a timetable of every couple of hours. Car hire is also a good option, and most of the time, at your chosen destination, you’ll be hiking, walking or swimming.
