On your first full day, you’ll try a Vietnamese cooking class supported by the Der Touristik Foundation. It takes place at the KOTO restaurant, where you’ll learn about the training provided for disadvantaged street kids before heading to the local market to select ingredients and learn to prepare a local dish.
Day 3-4
Halong Bay
You’ll transfer to Halong Bay – a famously beautiful part of the country – to board a boat for a two-night cruise.
