Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel

For dreamy you-and-me time

A romantic and intimate getaway in a secluded cove-side setting on the island’s north coast.

This hotel really lives up to its name; a setting on the edge of a sheltered cove and an easy-going, island vibe combine to create your own little piece of paradise. As soon as you arrive, you can’t help but slip into a relaxed state of mind. The focus at Paradise Cove is very much on spending time together as a couple whether you’re hidden away by the water or enjoying morning yoga on the beach, an al fresco couples’ spa treatment or a sunset cruise on the hotel’s own catamaran.

Why we love Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel

  • A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, this boutique adults-only retreat has an idyllic setting on a manmade cove

  • Couples and honeymooners will adore the You&Me touches such as thatched ‘love nests’ dotted around the grounds

  • From the stunning clifftop infinity pool on the scenic peninsula, you feel as if you could almost swim straight into the sea

  • The recently expanded Cinq Mondes spa has an unmissable menu of rituals and a massage kiosk for two by the lagoon

There are four chic restaurants to pick from in the evening, so you should find something to suit your mood, from sushi to global tapas. At night, you can sample local rums or listen to live music al fresco. Vegans are well catered for with a menu designed by Michelin-Star-Winning, London-based chef Alexis Gauthier. Pre-booking is required in all restaurants, apart from The Dining Room.

The Dining Room
Close to the pool, the hotel’s main restaurant is light, bright and elegant. Come for the superb buffet breakfast and return in the evening for themed buffets and table d’hôte menu.

XO
XO is the place to be for healthy and sophisticated dishes bursting with Asian flavours. Seating just 20 people, it has an exclusive yet relaxed atmosphere.

The Cove
Dine on grown-up seafood dishes such as vanilla-flavoured lobster on avocado tartare with ginger crumble in a romantic open-air venue overlooking the bay.

Peninsula
Open for lunch and dinner, with a dedicated bar, this trendy ‘tapas of the world’ restaurant has extraordinary views out over the sea and the northern islands.

Stay Bar
Looking more inviting than ever thanks to a breezy revamp, this is an ideal venue to lounge with a cocktail in one of the spacious armchairs.

Beach Bar
You won’t have to move far from your lounger for a drink now that this laidback little bar has opened.

Rum Gallery
Next to the lobby, you can enjoy a range of locally produced rum alongside some international favourites in this specialist all-day bar.

S’Cellar
Wine lovers should head for S’Cellar, open from mid afternoon until 10pm, to sample some of the finest Southern Hemisphere wines.

Tea Bar
Settle down with a refreshing island tea in this tranquil corner of the resort.

For a memorably romantic meal, don’t miss dinner at a table in one of the over-water pavilions at The Cove seafood restaurant.
