Food and drink is a real highlight here, with four bars (one adults-only) and six restaurants offering flavours to satisfy all palettes. Most of the restaurants – including luxury Greek spot Ouzo, and traditional Italian trattoria, Fresco – have menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs, and for each dish, there’s the perfect accompanying wine; just ask the sommelier for a recommendation from the extensive Ikos Cava wine cellar. It’s not just about the resort restaurants, either; Ikos’ innovative Dine Out concept means you can dine at selected local eateries for no extra cost, giving you plenty of opportunity to explore beyond the resort and sample the local flavours.

Anaya
Indulge in Thai, Chinese and Indian-inspired dishes at this specialty à la carte restaurant, with an al fresco balcony overlooking the ocean. Expect ramen soup, duck spring rolls, homemade gyoza and Thai curries, finished off with a coconut-infused dessert.

Provence
Head here for a Provence-inspired menu served in a romantic, sea-facing setting – think saffron mussels, filet de boeuf and tarte aux pommes – and make a beeline for the dedicated quiet area if you’re after extra serenity.

Fresco
Fresh ingredients, an extensive wine list and elegant Italian dishes devised by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini are the focus here, with pizzas, pastas and seafood served in bright, airy environs.

Ouzo
Tuck into the likes of shrimp saganaki, Greek spinach risotto and lamb kleftiko at this delightful open-air restaurant, whose menu was designed by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou; expect contemporary twists on traditional dishes with glittering ocean for a backdrop.

Flavors
The place to head for all-day Mediterranean dining, Flavors serves elegant breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets with a focus on fresh produce and ocean views for a backdrop. There’s also a designated adults-only area, if you fancy a bit of peace and quiet.

Beach Club
Serving fresh seafood, grilled meats and other dishes throughout the day with a resident DJ on hand, this laid-back venue is the perfect spot to watch the sunset from.

We love Ouzo for its innovative Greek dishes, created by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou, and a beautiful setting overlooking the blues of the Aegean.
