You’ve got a choice of five restaurants including a Latin American grill and a sophisticated Italian. There are buffet breakfasts at Bahia, DJs and tapas at Añejo and a steakhouse by the golf course. In total there are four restaurants, two bars, tap house and you get beach and pool service.

Añejo
An elegant setting where oversized chairs meet swinging day beds, Añejo is open early morning until late night. Come pre-surf for breakfast acai bowls and green juices, refuel with sushi and ceviche at lunchtime and return at sunset for cocktails and DJ beats.

Pesce
A contemporary Italian restaurant with panoramic ocean views. Come for family feasts, loading up on pastas and pizza or slink in for a romantic meal of pan seared tuna or lamb shank, finishing with a decadent puff pastry and forest berries dessert.

Bahia
Open for all day dining, Latin-inspired Bahia features a wood-fired open kitchen and a juice bar. Evenings under the stars are particularly special, with signature dishes including whole grilled snapper and seafood ceviche.

Nemare
Located at the golf clubhouse, Nemare has a smoking hot menu of Wagyu and Tomahawk prime beef, surf and turf and local farm oysters alongside a fantastic kids’ menu that includes cheese beef sliders and chicken poppers. Signature dining experiences are also held here; a six-course tasting menu with a stargazing session or canapés, cocktails and slow-cooked barbecue meats in a private garden setting.

Palapita Tap House
Set right by the Tennis Centre and open from 11am to 6.30pm, you’ll find Costa Rican street food and craft beers at Palapita Tap House.

La Reserva
At Latin American rum bar La Reserva you can sign up for chocolate rum tasting nights, mixology experiences and coffee tasting classes led by artisanal chocolate makers and rum master specialists.

Pool and beach service
Poke bowls, fruit boats, nachos and quesadillas, served by the pool or at the beach.
