This is a resort that covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. There’s lots of easygoing casual fare on offer throughout the day; check out the beachside grill for burgers, steaks, salads, fruit platters and desserts and the poolside bar for nachos, tacos and tropical drinks. There’s a coffee shop and a juice bar alongside a late-night open-air bar and a main evening restaurant where red snapper, sea bass and steak are the stars of the show.

Ruinas del Mar
Super scenic restaurant with a romantic ambience, surrounded by a koi lagoon and a rooftop garden flowing with bougainvillea. There are seafood specialties, succulent steaks, Italian-inspired dishes and lots of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. Open daily for dinner, with live music from Tuesday to Saturday.

Palms Beachside Grill
Breakfast buffets and mimosas. Pancakes laden with fruits and eggs any style. Fire-grilled steaks, seafood salads, grilled burgers and veggie bowls. Palms Beachside Grill is the place to fuel up for breakfast and lunch overlooking white sands, palm trees and sea.

Palms Beach Bar
A classic and simple open-air beachfront bar with a menu of pizzas, burgers, tacos, speciality cocktails, a daily happy hour and live music from Tuesday to Saturday afternoons.

Alfresco Bar & Bites
Mocktails, cocktails, Champagne, wine and light bites served in a gorgeous setting overlooking the resort gardens. Open from 5.30 pm to 1 am, with live music from Thursday through to Saturdays. Alfresco Bar + Bites is a great place for evening munchies and sunset views.

Balashi Bar & Grill
All the snacks and drinks you need for a day at the pool. Balashi Bar & Grill sits right by the activity pool and is open from 10 am to 6pm.

Kadushi Juice Bar
Drink your way to your five-a-day with a hit of feel-good vitamins in the shape of freshly made juices including mango, coconut, banana, guava and strawberry.

Shoco Coffee Bar & Market
Get coffees, teas, bakery items and ice creams daily from 6 am until 1 am.

Room Service
For those times when you fancy staying in your room or suite, you’ll find a full room service menu available from 6.30am until midnight.

Dinner Sail
Every Wednesday evening there’s a sunset sail along the coast featuring a Caribbean buffet (reservations required).

On select days throughout the week, the resort hosts yoga, Pilates, fitness fusion, aerial yoga, energy healing and stretching techniques, meditation and a tennis clinic, all available to book online. There is a complimentary fitness centre with treadmills, Stairmasters and bikes and an excellent spa with an extensive treatment list that includes muscle rubs, sugar scrubs and facials.

In the hotel lobby you’ll find Red Sail Sports which hires out snorkel and dive gear and offers scuba diving excursions with PADI professionals. You’re just a short walk from other watersports centres where you can pick up jet skis, flyboards, kayaks and paddleboards.

The resort use Hyatt EcoTrack to track sustainability metrics including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, and recycling. These insights are important to help advance efficiency improvements is audited annually by EarthCheck, and its staff regularly volunteer for coastal clean ups.
