Located in the heart of the Omani desert, Desert Nights Camp is a boutique experience that offers an unforgettable Arabian adventure.
The camp has Bedouin-style tents, including six one-bedroom pool villas spread across acres of desert sands. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including camel rides at sunset and dune bashing and bike riding across the golden red sands of the Wahiba. After a long day of adventure, relax in the air-conditioned tents and feast on traditional Omani fare around the campfire.
Why we love Desert Nights Resort

-
Sample Omani lamb barbeque around a campfire
-
Delve into the desert and try sandboarding
Rooms
While there are a handful of traditional hotel rooms at Desert Nights Camp, staying under canvas in one of the Bedouin-style tents is undoubtedly part of the appeal here. Happily, you don’t have to give up little luxuries as all the accommodation is air-conditioned and features en suite bathrooms with hot water.
Facilities
You can choose to dine in your tent or alongside your fellow campmates at the Two Dune Restaurant, where a chef serves up a menu of traditional Arabic dishes. There's also the opportunity to sample a traditional Omani barbeque around a campfire.
