Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Kuoni found on Instagram as @kuonihoneymoons and @kuonitravel
2. Employees of Kuoni and promoter and their families are not eligible to enter. 
3. The prize winner must be over 18 years of age and the competition is open to residents of the UK.  
4. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry to the competition is via Instagram, only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. 
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
8. To enter the competition entrants must post a honeymoon photo of themselves on their personal Instagram grid, follow and tag @kuonihoneymoons in the post and use the hashtags #kuonihoneymoons #marriagequalityforall. The post caption must also include where and when you went on your honeymoon and your most memorable moment. Your Instagram profile must be set to public so the entry is visible. 
9. By entering the competition, you are giving Kuoni permission to use the photo on our own social media channel, on our website and other marketing communications. 
10. The competition period will run from 17^th July 00.01 BST to 23.39 BST on 31^st 2023.
11. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
12. The organiser reserves the right to revise the contest period at any time, 
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
14. The winner will be chosen as a result of a popular vote conducted by the Kuoni marketing team.
15. The prize is for a 10 day holiday to Thailand for two people. The prize includes 3 days at AVANI+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel in a Panorama View Room including breakfast, followed by 7 nights at Rocky’s Boutique, Koh Samui in a deluxe pool room including breakfast transfers, plus economy return flights from the UK .
16. The prize excludes UK transfers and all other expenses, including travel insurance and activities, which are the responsibility of the prize winner and guest. 
17. The prize is valid for travel from 01 October 2023 to 31 October 2024 inclusive (Blackout dates apply)
18. The prize excludes travel peak dates including, August & February and 25 Dec-03 Jan and other peak dates as advised.
19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. 
20. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
21. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
22. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram via the account provided at point of entry within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
23. The promoter will notify the winner how the prize will be distributed. 
24. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
25. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
26. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
27. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including social media and email.
28. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Kuoni Marketing Department, Touristik House, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ 
29. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
